Energy Department decreased the development target of solar energy in the Philippines

According to the report by the Manla Bulletin, Philippines, in order to avoid unregulated exploitation, Philippines Energy Department has decreased the number of developer certification of solar energy from 100MW to 50MW. Nowadays the first three years’ implementation target has confirmed, and the next step is to hold a hearing and agree on a on-grid power price.
